Morning walk

I took a breather and went for a walk on Sunday morning at a park close to where I live. Initially I contemplated whether to actually leave home due to chores and workload but I thought, I can’t turn back time and if I don’t rest now, I’ll spend most of my time stressing over things.

As I leave my responsibilities behind, it felt so good to be putting myself first. I spent close to 2 hours at the park, just strolling and watching the world went by. Snapped a couple of photos which I thought were decent. When I got home, I realised that I left my USB-C adapter at the workplace so I had to wait a day before reviewing the photos I took.

As I was editing last night, I found myself using the ACROS picture profile so often because I find the pictures looked better than they do in colours.

Editing pictures in black and white does bring out some characters in them. It somehow allows me to better focus on the subject too due to no colour distractions.

Well, till next time.

Amirah.
